Construction

We will help you get fully prepared for the construction phase. This might require some demolition work or site preparation. We will advise and assist you every step of the way. If you are unsure about how to get the site works started why not let us do it for you? Complete site preparation is generally completed in one day by our very competent crew.

Our builders are efficient, tidy, and a pleasure to deal with. We will not leave you for months while we work on other jobs. You will have our total focus until the job is complete. We use a number of high quality, reliable suppliers, which means sourcing and supplying every component of your project is swift and smooth.

Most standard decks take about one week to construct while elevated decks and verandahs take a little longer. Of course all this is dependant on the size, complexity of the design, scaffolding requirements, access to the site … and the weather of course! Naturally we are fully covered with all the required insurance covers.

We will keep you fully informed throughout the project. We will also advise you how to keep the project site safe for your family and visitors.

All left over construction materials, rubbish and rubble will be removed from your site at the completion of your job. All costs for this will be included in your quote.

We will co-ordinate the construction phase of your project with our landscape designers (if your are using them), and then hand you on to them to work side by side for the completion of your job.
